Delivery and Installation policy

The website template is a pre-made Squarespace website that will be delivered to you within 2 working days after purchase. You will receive a link to your new website asking you to be a contributor to your new Squarespace website. Once you click accept, the website will be transferred to you.

The invitation to your Squarespace website will only be sent once and you must accept the invitation to the website within 1 month of the invitation being sent. Your website will be sent to you on a free Squarespace trial account with a 6 month free trial. You are responsible for purchasing your website subscription from Squarespace before the end of the 6 month trial. If you do not upgrade your Squarespace subscription to a paid plan, Squarespace will delete your website. If you do not purchase your subscription and allow your website to expire, you will not be entitled to another copy of the template and must purchase a new template.

Once you have purchased the website, it is your responsibility to maintain the website. We cannot reinstall or revert any pages that you have accidentally deleted. We recommend duplicating any pages before making changes to prevent any accidental changes that cannot be reversed.

Returns & refund policy

Due to the digital nature of the product and the process of transferring the website template to you, all sales are non-refundable. This is because digital products cannot be returned once they have been sent. Please review the template and features by visiting the demo store before purchasing this product.

LICENCING RULES

This website comes with a one-seat licence, meaning that it can only be used once for a personal or commercial project. If you would like to duplicate the website for another business or project, you will have to purchase another copy of the template.

You are not allowed to resell this template or claim it as your own. If you are a designer, you can purchase a licence and customise it for your client, however it must be made clear to the client that you have purchased the template from Finding Design.

The term "Squarespace" is a trademark of Squarespace, Inc. This website and it’s products are not affiliated with Squarespace, Inc.

Please note that we cannot be responsible to any changes that Squarespace makes to their editor and any effects that these changes have on the templates.
